ViewHD Universal Multi-system Three Input HDMI | Composite AV | S-Video L/R Stereo Audio to One HDMI 720P / 1080P Output upscaling switch converter. Inputs support PAL and NTSC inputs and auto sensing HDMI output supports PAL or NTSC displays. 

Best in class compatibility: Converts any PAL (50Hz) Video to HDMI NTSC 720P / 1080P Video; Converts any NTSC Video (60Hz) to HDMI PAL Video (50Hz). Best output quality: upconverting to 1080P.

Application Requirement: Display must support 720P or 1080P with HDMI input.
